Awesome Customer service. Scott helped me out this morning, I don't know anything about A/C units. I saw a video on YouTube and thought, this is easy peezy. Glad I stopped here, turns out I would have changed the wrong capacitor. Scott tested the one I arrived with, and noticed it wasn't faulty. Told him my problem and he quickly looked up my model number, gave me the part I needed. Thanks guys. Glad people still take their jobs to that other level. A year later I am back! Now for other needs, my furnace went down and I called a local ac repair company and was quoted 16k to replace my whole unit as it was to old to repair. I took the fried board down to these guys, and not only did they have an updated board and an added sensor to update my heater. Was back running for $320 Winning!!

Very helpful employees. Determined what parts I needed for a dryer repair and found them for me. Went back to this business recently for a washer drain pump. The awesome employee recognized the part before I even got it completely out of my bag. He showed me an OEM and an after market part that were both replacements, and helped me choose one. I took the part home and installed it. It fit perfect and is working great. Thanks again!

I was referred to this appliance parts business by Isaac with HB appliance repair. My washer went out, Isaac came to my home to see what the problem was and when he told me a new washer was needed and referred me to Standard appliance parts for a new washer. Robert was great and very helpful, I didn't feel rushed. In fact he told me to take my time and do some research, that was great. Robert is very helpful and from what I could tell honest. Thank you Isaac and Robert.

My kenmore refrigerator evaporator fan motor stop working and I find out this kenmore model is discontinued long time ago, I try online and check all Appliance stores in stockton and surrounding areas stores, no one has the part, i come to Standard Appliance and Giovanni help me and i show him the fan motor and he told me the same thing that they don't have parts for this kenmore model anymore, but he told me he do have something similar motor but I have to cut the wire and connect it to the original one, I told him I don't know how to do that, Giovanni fix that problem for me and cut the wire and connected to the motor, my refrigerator works now, thank you Giovanni for your help, I will recommend this store to all my friends & family.

Heard about this place through word of mouth and was pleasantly surprised how helpful they were. They were able to find a new heater inducer motor for my furnace and gave me a recommendation on who to use if I needed help installing. Seemed like solid guys in there, I’d give them a shot for your HVAC needs.
